New Manitoba Ministers

• Cathy Cox (Kildonan-River East) is the new Minister Responsible for the Status of Women and Minister for Sport, Culture and Heritage. 

• Blaine Pedersen, Pedersen was named Minister Agriculture and Resource Development. The new ministry combines agriculture, natural resources, forestry, and mining along with fish and wildlife management.

The MB Wheat and Barley Growers Association is seeking nominations for for elections of directors.  

They are also offering a draw for 3 Farm Women to attend Manitoba Farm Women's Conference this November 17-19th.  October 30th is the deadline. Enter by emailing Kate with your first/last name and farm name.
